2025 Sun Life Waterloo Busker Carnival

Welcome and thanks for your interest in volunteering for this year’s carnival !  We’re very grateful for all our volunteers as the carnival is completely run by volunteers.

A couple of notes … please only sign up for a shift or shifts (maximum of four) that you’re VERY confident you’ll be able to make.  And plan to fill your role for the complete time of your shift.  If something does come up before your shift (we know that happens), please let us know.  Volunteers missing shifts or leaving early means we need to adjust the roles of other volunteers.

AND … if you don’t see a shift below that works for you, please CHECK AGAIN LATER as we frequently have volunteers cancel their shifts and those shifts then show up as being available.
